Income & Expense Records

The App allows you to manually store and manage your own financial records (such as income, expenses, notes, and related information).

• Local-Only Storage: All accounting entries are stored locally on your device.
• No Automatic Collection: We do not automatically collect, transmit, or analyze the content of your financial records.
• User-Controlled Content: You decide what information to store, edit, or delete inside the App.

Network & Account Usage

The App does not require you to sign in with an online account and does not automatically connect to any remote servers for syncing or backup.

• No Cloud Sync: The App does not upload your data to any server.
• User-Initiated Export/Backup: If the App provides export or backup features (e.g., saving to a file or sharing with another app), such actions are initiated and controlled entirely by you.

2. Permissions

The App is designed to work entirely offline. Depending on your device and operating system version, it may request access to:

• Storage: Used only to save and read your accounting records locally on your device.
• Biometric / Screen Lock (if available): Used only to help you lock/unlock the App using your device’s built-in security (e.g., fingerprint, face, or PIN). Biometric data is handled by the operating system and is never accessed by the App.

The App does not use these permissions to collect personal data or send information to external servers.

3. Third-Party Services

The App does not use analytics tools, advertising SDKs, tracking technologies, or any third-party services that collect personal information.

4. Data Security

All accounting records are stored locally on your device. We do not have access to your data, and no information is transmitted to our servers.

You are responsible for managing, backing up, and deleting your financial records as needed, as well as protecting your device with a secure screen lock and keeping it safe from unauthorized access.

5. Children’s Privacy

The App does not target children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
